(#8242) Ultrium 5 Fibre Channel Tape Drive

The 3576-8242 provides one IBM LTO 5 Ultrium  Tape Drive with a dual- port Fibre Channel interface into a new TS3310 Tape Library, or provides one additional Ultrium 5 Fibre Channel Tape Drive into a currently installed TS3310 Tape Library. The tape drive has a LC connector.

• Minimum number of features: One of feature #8037, #8038, #8042, #8139, #8142, or #8242 in a Model L5B; zero in a Model E9U
• Maximum number of features: Two of feature #8037, #8038, #8042, #8139, #8142, or #8242 in any combination in a Model L5B; four of feature #8037, #8038, #8042, #8139, #8142, or #8242 in any combination in a Model E9U
• Prerequisites: At least one Fibre Channel cable, or the No Host Cable feature #9700 must be specified on the initial plant order.
