IBM 3580-H3S TS2230 LTO3 Tape Drive

The Model H3S incorporates the LTO Ultrium 3 serial-attached SCSI (SAS) Half-High Tape Drive. 2U height form factor for drive and enclosure. The maximum tape drive throughput data rate performance is up to 60 MB/sec native data transfer rate. The Model H3S will attach to selected IBM System i, x and PC servers that support Microsoft Windows and Linux systems. The IBM 3580 Model H3S comes with a single port SAS attachment, for connection to a wide spectrum of open system servers.

• i5/OS V6R1 or later.
• 32-bit Microsoft Windows 2003 (build 3790, or later).
• Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (SLES 10) on Intel 32-bit servers .
