256MB Main Storage DIMM

The 256MB DIMM uses 128MB technology.

FC #3004 is used by Models 170, 720, 820 and plugs directly into the CPU board or memory riser card depending on the processor feature.

Model 720 uses #2830 Memory Riser Card

Model 820 uses #2884 Main Storage Expansion Riser Card.

For all models, must be added in pairs.

For model 170:

Mixing of #3003 and #3004 within pairs (or quads on the #2385, #2386 and #2388 processors when more than eight memory features are installed) is not allowed.
