Support services can also be delivered using Citrix's GoToMeeting online meeting services at no extra charge (requires an Internet connection). Services provided have a 1 hour minimum. Support services are generally provided immediately upon request, but are subject to availability and normal business hours.

Support services required to be performed after normal business hours (normal business hours are M-F 8:30-5:30 EST) require advanced without service contract. On site services are quoted separately.
