Midland's 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will be held at Forest Lake Golf Club 10521 Clarcona-Ocoee Road Ocoee, FL 34761 (407) 654-4653 on February 19th, 2010.

Forest Lake Golf Club established 1994. Blended with nature's surroundings, it boasts an unspoiled atmosphere and scenic beauty.

Format:	Each team will consist of 4 people, in which the 18-hole scramble scoring system will be used. Teammates will be provided if you do not have a complete foursome.
Check-in Begins:	11:45 February 19th, 2010
Shotgun Start:	12:45 February 19th, 2010
Entry Fee:	$95 per player and includes: Golf Tournament Entry Fee Dinner 3 Raffle Tickets Putting Contest (with guaranteed $250 winner) 4 Closets to the Pin Contests $30 of your Entry Fee will go directly to the Peace Maker Foundation as a Donation. Please pay with the attached Registration Form prior to the Tournament!
