The #3003 DIMM is used on the Model 170 and plugs directly into the CPU or memory riser card depending on the processor feature.
Must be added in pairs.
Mixing #3003 and #3004 within pairs (or quads on Processors #2385, #2386, #2388 when more than eight memory features are installed) is not allowed.
Maximum: 12.
Minimum OS/400 level: V4R3
Supported on processors #2385, #2386, and #2388 only.
